摘要： 急性脊髓损伤(ASCI)在现代创伤疾病中占有重要地位，往往病情严重，预后较差。近年来，国内外对急性脊髓损伤的药物研究疗有了长足发展，并对急性脊髓损伤后的药物治疗机制也有进一步的研究，如修复神经元功能，促进神经元再发，阻断钙通道，抗氧化和清除氧自由基等。针对不同病理环节的一系列药物已应用于临床。笔者综合相关文献，对近几年来药物治疗急性脊髓损伤的一些新认识和新进展进行综述。
