摘要：目的 探讨聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变的临床疗效。方法 采用海极星CZF-1型超声妇科治疗仪治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变100例，观察治疗前后临床症状和体征的变化，探讨聚焦超声治疗的效果。结果 治疗后1个月、3个月和6个月复查随访，治愈率47%，42%显效，11%好转，总有效率100%。半年后复发率4%，经再次治疗后痊愈。结论 聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变是一种方便无创，安全有效的治疗方法。
