摘 要：高压氧治疗在我国开展已近40余年，特别是在内外科，取得了显著的疗效。但在妇儿科的应用仍处于相对迟缓的状态，本文着重介绍了高压氧的治疗机理及在新生儿疾病中的应用，增强人们对高压氧的基础知识和治疗理念，提高临床治疗水平，减少新生儿疾病的合并症和后遗症。
