【摘要】目的：探讨超声检查在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值，并与手术结果对照分析。方法：应用高分辨率超声对351例乳腺肿块患者的双侧乳腺及双侧淋巴结进行检查，将检查结果进行对比分析。结果：共检测出乳腺肿块351例，其中乳腺癌46例，纤维腺瘤72例，乳腺增生202例，炎性肿块31例，良性肿块与乳腺癌之间的Vmax与RI存在显著差异。结论：彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺肿块的诊断及鉴别诊断中有重要的应用价值。

    【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the application of ultrasonic precordial cardiography to the diagnosis of breast cancer by comparing cardiography with the surgery results.Methods:A color Doppler ultrasonic scan was carried out on both sides of the breast and lymph nodes of 351 patients with a mammary lump and the results were compared with the surgical outcome.Results: The mammary lump was confirmed by both cardiography and surgery in all of the 351 patients. 46 of them were m alignant breast cancer, 72 were fibroadenoma, 202 were hyperplasia of the mammary gland and 31 were inflammatory carcinoma. The Vman and RI were significantly different between benign and m alignant breast lumps.Conclusion:The color Doppler ultrasonic scan is a very important tool for diagnosis and classification of mammary lump patients. ......
