[摘要] 医疗体制的改革、服务理念的提高、信息技术的改良，原有的医院信息系统不断被功能更强大的新系统所取代，以满足政策、医院管理者、临床工作者和病患者的需求。但是，如果在新旧系统切换前，我们不进行认真细致的研究和测试，都可能导致新系统的失败，后果相当严重。本文针对医院在实施新的信息系统项目中，如何确定新旧系统的切换策略以及一些须引起注意的问题进行讨论分析。

    [Abstract] The reform of the health care system, the concept of improving services, information technology improvements, the original hospital information system continue to be replaced by a more powerful new system to meet the policy, hospital administrators, clinical workers and the needs of patients. However, if we did not have a researching and testing carefully and meticulously before switch , it would lead to the failure of the operation of the new system, and the consequences were very serious.
