[摘要]目的：探讨治疗女性尿道内尖锐湿疣及预防其复发的有效方法。方法：治疗组55例患者先用微波烧灼女性尿道内尖锐湿疣，疣体消除干净及伤口恢复后再用25%足叶草酯酊外涂尿道内；对照组61例患者仅用微波烧灼治疗。最后观察尿道内的疣体清除情况，如发现疣体则用病理检查确证。结果：治疗组痊愈率为92.7%，对照组痊愈率为13.1%，两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论：微波烧灼联合足叶草酯酊外涂是治疗女性尿道尖锐湿疣并预防其复发的有效措施。

    Treatment of Female Intraurethral Condyloma Acuminatum with Microwave and Podophyllin Tincture

    [Abstract]Objective:To study the effective method about treating femaleintraurethral condyloma acuminatum and preventing its relapse. Methods:55 patients of treatment group were treated with microwave once first, then, perfusing the urethra with 25% podophyllin tincture weekly for 6 weeks. 61 patients of control group were only treated with microwave once.After 3 months,all patients were observed to find whether to have condyloma body or not in the urethra. Results:The cure rate of treatment group was 92.7%; the cure rate of control group was 13.1%.The result showed significant differese(P<0.01). Conclusion:It was an effective method to treat and prevent intraurethral condyloma acuminatum with the microwave and podophyllin tincture perfusion. ......
