[摘要] 目的:探讨钢板内固定治疗股骨骨折的治疗方法及疗效观察。方法:对本院2008年6月～2009年6月采用钢板内固定治疗股骨骨折11例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后经过6～18个月的随防,所有患者愈合后期未发现骨折再移位,未出现内固定物松动或断裂,未出现化脓感染并发症。结论:钢板内固定治疗股骨骨折手术操作简单、安全性高,值得临床推广。

    Effect observation of 11 cases thighbone bone fracture treatment with steel plate fixed

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the plate fixation of femoral fracture treatment and efficacy. Methods: Hospital from June 2008 to June 2009 with plate fixation of femoral fractures in 11 patients with clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results: After 6 to 18 months with the defense, all patients found no fracture healing in the latter part of redisplacement, did not appear loose or broken inside the fixture, did not appear purulent infectious complications. Conclusion:Plate fixation of femoral fractures is a simple operation,high security,and worthy to be popularized. ......
