妊娠妇女尿路感染临床特征分析(1)

[摘要] 目的:了解妊娠妇女尿路感染的临床特征,以提高诊治水平。方法:利用SPSS 13.0软件,对892例妊娠尿路感染与育龄期非妊娠尿路感染患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:妊娠组尿路感染无症状比例、尿液培养有菌生长比例及平均抗生素使用疗程均高于非妊娠组(P<0.001);两组患者菌种均以大肠埃希菌为主,但妊娠组菌种分布更集中;妊娠组尿路感染中高龄、有流产史、经产妇、中晚孕患者比例较高。结论:大肠埃希菌仍是妊娠尿路感染患者常见的感染菌,妊娠尿路感染患者临床症状不典型的发生率高,抗菌疗程长;注意应加强孕期尿常规及清洁中段尿培养检查,尤其应加强高龄、既往人工流产手术史、经产妇及妊娠中、晚孕期防治。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinic character of pregnant women with urethral infection, so as to raise the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Used SPSS 13.0 software,892 cases of pregnant and nonpregnant with urethral infection were analysed retrospectively. Results: The incidence rate of symptomless,the positive rate of cleaning urine cultivation and the average treatment course of antibiotic in pregnant women with urethral infection was higher than in nonpregnant women with urethral infection;The common bactier were still Bacterium coli in two groups,The bacteric distribution of pregnant women with urethral infection wasmore centered;The rate of eld,miscarrage history,multiparity,medium or latterterm gestational period were higher in pregnant women with urethral infection. Conclusion: Bacterium coliwas still common bacterium.The incedence rate of atypical clinic sypmtom is higher and the treatment course of antibiotic is longer in pregnant women with urethral infection.It is suggersted that urine routin and bacteriua cultivation should be generally surveyed in pregnant, especially in eld,miscarrage history,multiparity,medium or latter gestational period.

尿路感染是育龄期妇女常见的细菌感染性疾病,约50%的妇女一生中会发生尿路感染[1]。严重妊娠期尿路感染可引起感染性休克、妊娠期高血压综合征、甚至导致贫血,并可引起胎儿宫内发育迟缓、早产、呼吸窘迫综合征、先天畸形及胎儿死亡等严重后果。为提高对妊娠期尿路感染防治效果,本文对妊娠期与同期育龄妇女尿路感染患者的临床特征进行回顾性分析,以提高对妊娠期尿路感染患者诊治水平 ......
