[摘要] 目的:了解宁夏地区变应性鼻炎患者的变应原分布情况,为变应性鼻炎防治提供科学依据。方法:应用德国MED-Tronik公司的MORA-SUPPER生物物理治疗仪,对宁夏地区变应性鼻炎患者进行变应原检测。结果:338例患者有303例患者检出变应原,总阳性率达89.6%。303例患者中均为2种以上变应原阳性。其中,以花粉、尘螨和烟草烟雾的阳性率最高。其次为乳胶、牛奶、羊肉、香料及药草、霉菌、动物皮毛,鸡蛋等。结论:宁夏地区变应性鼻炎的变应原主要为花粉、尘螨和烟草烟雾。

    Analysis of allergen of allergic rhinitis patients in Ningxia

    [Abstract] Objective: To learn the distributed condition of the allergic rhinitis allergens in Ningxia area,and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: Using the MORA-SUPPER biological resonance instrument for the diagnosis of the allergic rhinitis allergens. Results: 303 in 338 patients were detected the allergens.Total positive rate was 89.6%,303 positive patients had more than 2 kinds of allergens. Among them, PoUen, dust mites and tobacco smoke, the highest positive rate. This was followed by latex, milk, mutton, spices and herbs mold, animal fur, eggs and so on. Conclusion: Allergic rhinitis allergens are mainly composed of pollens,dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,and tobacco fog. ......
