[摘要] 目的:对5例以荨麻疹为早期主要表现的败血症患儿进行回顾分析,为诊治该病提供参考。方法:对2006～2009年本院5例以荨麻疹为早期主要表现的败血症患儿的临床表现、实验室检查结果、治疗转归进行分析总结。3例患儿血培养为葡萄球菌,应用苯唑青霉素+磷霉素+头孢呋辛治愈。结果:4例治愈出院,1例回当地治疗。结论:以荨麻疹为早期主要表现的败血症,多为葡萄球菌感染,苯唑青霉素+磷霉素+头孢呋辛治疗效果显著。

    Clinical analysis about five examples of septicemia

    [Abstract] Objective:This article reviewed and analysed five examples of Septicemia which were the early symptoms of urticaria, and it provided a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods: The hospital five examples of Septicemia which were the early symptoms of urticaria and analysed their clinic, the result of experiment and the treatment, then got the conclusion. Three examples of blood among the five examples were developed into staphylococcus and they were cured by Oxacillin,Fosfomycin and Cefuroxime.Results: 4 cured and discharged from hospital, 1 case treated in local. Conclusion: Septicemia which is the early symptoms of urticaria is the infection of staphylococcus, and the best way of curing is using Oxacillin, Fosfomycin and Cefuroxime. ......
