[摘要] 目的:本研究通过对消化性溃疡患者巩固治疗后随访半年,观察消化性溃疡愈合质量与溃疡愈合率、瘢痕(S2)形成率的关系。方法:选取消化性溃疡患者30例,正规抗溃疡治疗1个疗程(胃溃疡6周;十二指肠溃疡4周),随访半年,于1个疗程结束后(即1个月或1.5个月)、第3个月末、第6个月末复查胃镜及病理组织学检查。结果:30例患者消化性溃疡巩固治疗1个疗程后疼痛缓解率为84.6%,第3个月末为92.3%,第6个月末为80.8%,部分患者症状复发。疗程结束后复查胃镜,溃疡愈合率为73.3%,S2形成率为36.4%,3个月末和6个月末时S2的形成率均为54.5%,3例镜下复发。结论:消化性溃疡愈合质量的高低是决定溃疡复发与否的重要因素,再生黏膜的组织成熟程度越高,溃疡愈合质量越高,复发率越低。

The clinical observation of peptic ulcer healing quality

[Abstract] Objective: The study on the consolidation of peptic ulcer patients after treatment were followed up for six months to observe the relationship between the quality of ulcer healing and ulcer healing rate, scar(S2) formation rate.Methods: Selected 30 patients with peptic ulcer,a course of regular anti-ulcer(gastric ulcer:6 weeks;duodenal ulcer:4 weeks),follow-up six months after the end of treatment(one month or one and a half months),the first 3 months end,the first 6 months end to review endoscopy and pathological examination. Results: 30 patients with peptic ulcer after a course of consolidation therapy,pain relief rate was 84.6%,after 3 months was 92.3%,6 months was 80.8%,recurrence of symptoms in some patients. After the treatment,ulcer healing rate was 73.3%,S2 of the formation rate was 36.4%,3 months and 6 months of the formation rate of S2 were 54.5%,three cases of endoscopic recurrence. Conclusion: The quality of ulcer healing is to determine whether or not an important factor in ulcer recurrence, the higher level of regenerative mucosa maturity, and the higher the quality of ulcer healing, the low recurrence rate.

消化性溃疡是一种常见慢性疾病,易诊治,但复发率高。国内外资料表明,完全愈合的消化性溃疡复发率很低,溃疡愈合质量(QOUH)的相关研究倍受重视。本研究通过对本院2009年消化科门诊30例消化性溃疡患者巩固治疗后,随访半年,观察患者临床症状的缓解情况、溃疡愈合率、瘢痕(S2)形成率、再生黏膜的组织成熟程度变化,现报道如下:
