[摘要] 目的:探讨根管治疗术治疗根尖囊肿的效果。方法:对48例根尖囊肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:37例患者治疗效果好,其中治愈9例,好转28例,11例患者治疗失败,总有效率为77.1%。结论:根管治疗术治疗根尖囊肿具有效果好、无创伤等诸多优点,值得在临床推广应用。

    Root canal therapy treatment with radicular cyst

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the root canal therapy of periapical cyst treatment effect.Methods: The clinical data of 48 cases with radicular cyst were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Treatment was effective for 37 patients, 9 cases were cured, improved in 28 patients, 11 patients with treatment failure. The total effective rate was 77.1%.Conclusion: Root canal therapy is effective treatment of radicular cyst, non-invasive, and many other advantages, and which is worthy of clinical application.
