子宫内膜异位症术后服用米非司酮治疗38例临床分析(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症患者保留生育功能或保留卵巢功能手术后,服用米非司酮与孕三烯酮巩固治疗的临床疗效。方法:2007年5月～2009年4月在本院进行保留生育功能或保留卵巢功能手术,并经病理证实为盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者38例,米非司酮组19例于月经来潮第1天开始服药,连续3～6个月;对照组19例给予达那唑200 mg, 每日2～3次,口服。随访比较两组疗效及副作用情况。结果:治疗期间所有患者基础体温呈单向型,用药3个月后两组症状、体征缓解相似,停药后两组症状、体征变化相似。38例患者中,6例轻度体重增加,3例少量阴道流血,有的轻度恶心。这些症状均在停药后恢复正常。治疗期间肝功能正常,无一例因副作用而停药;38例患者随访时间为3～20个月,仅2例复发。结论:子宫内膜异位症术后加用药物治疗是必要的,术后辅以米非司酮、孕三烯酮能有效地控制临床症状,米非司酮用于子宫内膜异位症术后辅助药物治疗,毒副反应小,有较高的临床使用价值。

[Abstract] Objective:To investigate patients with endometriosis to retain reproductive function or to retain ovarian function after surgery,taking mifepristone and gestrinone to consolidate the clinical efficacy of treatment.Methods:May 2007 to April 2009 in our hospital to retain reproductive function or to retain ovarian function operation, and pathologically confirmed pelvic endometriosis in 38 patients,19 cases at mifepristone menstrual 1 day medication for 3 to 6 months;control group received Danazol 200 mg,2 to 3 times daily,oral.Comparison of efficacy and side effects follow-up group.Results:All patients with basal body temperature during treatment was one-way model,the two groups after 3 months medication symptoms and signs of relief similar to the two groups after drug withdrawal symptoms and signs were similar in 38 cases,6 patients had mild weight gain,3 a small amount of vaginal bleeding,and some mild nausea.These symptoms were back to normal after treatment.Normal liver function during treatment,no case was discontinued because of side effects;38 patients were followed up for 3 to 20 months,only 2 cases of recurrence.Conclusion:Endometriosis is added after the necessary medical treatment,adjuvant mifepristone,gestrinone can effectively control the clinical symptoms,mifepristone for endometriosis adjuvant drug therapy,toxicity,and have a high clinical value.
