复方丹参滴丸联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效与护理(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效与护理。方法:将46例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对观察组23例和对照组23例,对照组给予硝酸酯类药物、阿司匹林、受体阻滞剂或钙拮抗剂等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗上口服复方丹参滴丸同时皮下注射低分子肝素,同时监测两组患者的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),比较两组患者的疗效及治疗前后的PT、APTT,探讨护理要点。结果:治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率为95.65%,对照组为60.87%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组心电图疗效总有效率为95.65%,对照组为60.87%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者治疗前后的PT、APTT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组间差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效显著,对凝血功能无影响,安全方便,值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the efficacy of fufang danshen pill combined with low molecular weight hepain cure unstable angina pectoris. Methods: Randomly divided 46 patients with unstable angina pectoris into teatment group 23 cases and control group 23 cases. The control group were given routine treatment including nitrate esters, aspirin, receptor antagonist, calcium antagonist, while took oral fufang danshen pill and subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin in the teatment group. And monitored APTT, PT of two groups of patients. Compared the efficacy, the PT and APTT before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 95.65% for angina pectoris in treatment group,60.87% in control group,there was difference between the two groups(P<0.01);The total effective rate was 95.65% for ECG in treatment group, 60.87% in control group,there was difference between the two groups(P<0.01);The PT, APTT had no difference before and after the treatment (P>0.05), and had no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of fufang danshen pill combined with low molecular weight hepain cure the patients with unstable angina pectoris is obvious ......
