[摘要] 目的：探讨超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析本院147例异位妊娠的超声图像表现、特征及其临床意义分析。结果：147例患者经超声检查诊断为异位妊娠141例，漏诊及误诊6例，诊断符合率为95.9%。结论：超声诊断在异位妊娠的诊断中具有重要作用，能较准确地诊断该病，可作为本病的首选辅助检查手段。

    The value of ultrasound diagnosis in ectopic pregnancy

    [Abstract] Objective: To study ultrasound diagnosis value of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 147 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital ultrasound image performance, features and its clinical significance. Results: 147 patients diagnosed by ultrasound in 141 cases of ectopic pregnancy, missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in 6 cases, diagnosis was 95.9%.
