[摘要] 目的：探讨数字化成像技术(DR)对胸部创伤的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析100例胸部创伤患者的DR资料。结果：肋骨骨折84例，创伤性湿肺25例，肺血肿8例，肺挫伤32例，肺不张及肺萎缩8例，气胸或血气胸23例。结论：DR具有无创性、低辐射、安全快捷和准确性高的特点，可作为胸部创伤患者首选且有价值的筛查方法，可提高胸部创伤的检出率，有利于指导临床的治疗。

    The clinical value of DR in diagnosis of chest trauma

    [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the DR value in diagnosing chest trauma. Methods: DR data of 100 cases of patients with chest trauma was analyzed retrospectively. Results: Ribs fracture were found in 84 eases，traumatic wet lung in 25 cases,hematoma of lung in 8 eases, contrusion of the lung in 32 cases, atelectasis and collaps of lung in 8 eases, peeumothorax or hemothorax in 23 cases. Conclusion: DR has the characteristic of noninvasive, low emission, safe and efficient, high accuracy, may as the first and valuable screening method in chest trauma patient. It can improve the detection rate of chest trauma which is helpful to perform clinical treatment. ......
