[摘要] 通过医院战略架构的搭建、业务流程的优化，实现医院管理者可以坐在办公桌前，打开电脑就可以监控医院每一分钱进出的来龙去脉，掌握每一个科室的业务量，每一位员工的绩效，可以统计关心的任何数据。借助企业的ERP管理思路，以企业化的运营思路，规划医院的管理模式，通过ERP在医院的定制实施和业务分析优化的应用，优化业务流程，以流程管理突破职能管理，保障业务流的通畅，收集业务流程数据；通过关键绩效指标和联机分析处理对累积的数据进行分析，整合医院的后勤及财务管理，统一对医院的物流及财务进行集中管控，实现业务财务一体化，提高医院的运行效率。
