[摘要] 目的：探讨马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效。方法：将96例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，两组患者除给予常规治疗外，治疗组48例给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320 mg 1次/d及奥扎格雷钠注射液80 mg 2次/d；对照组48例给血栓通0.3 g 1次/d及奥扎格雷钠注射液80 mg 2次/d。两组患者均治疗14 d，观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NDS)和临床疗效并进行对比分析。结果：治疗组NDS低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；治疗组与对照组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，但显著进步率比较，治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死安全有效，能明显改善神经功能的缺损。

Clinical observation of cinepazide maleate in combination with ozagrel sodium on 48 acute cerebral infarction patients

[Abstract] Objective: To observe effects of cinepazide maleate in combination with ozagrel sodium on acute cerebral infarction(ACI) patients. Methods: 96 ACI patients were randomly divided into two groups. Besides a routine treatment, 48 patients in treatment group were both given cinepazide maleate 320 mg by intravenous drip once a day and given ozagrel sodium 80 mg by intravenous drip twice a day. 48 patients in control group were both given xueshuantong 0.3 g once a day and given ozagrel sodium 80 mg by intravenous drip twice a day. Two groups of the patients were both treated for 14 day.To observe and analyze nervous function defect scale (NDS) and clinical effects before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: DNS in treatment group less than that in control group. There were statistical differences between two groups(P<0.01). There were no statistical differences between two groups in the total efficienty(P>0.05). But significant progress rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that control grop(P<0.05). Conclusion:Cinepazide maleate combined with ozagrel sodium is effective and safe in treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients. It can effectively improve nervous function defect.
