[摘要] 目的：对本地区青少年儿童静脉血血细胞各参数进行调查，分析本地区血细胞各参数与标准操作规程参考区间的差异。方法：采集3 131名德宏州各县市小学生静脉血，以Sysmex XT2000i全自动血细胞分析仪测定血细胞参数，与第3版标准操作规程相应的参考区间进行比较。结果：95%的范围：WBC、RBC、PLT较标准操作规程参考范围的低限和高限都大，P<0.01，HGB和HCT较标准操作规程参考范围低，P<0.01，各民族间存在差异。结论：本地区为边疆少数民族地区，又是高原地区，血细胞参数与标准参考范围存在明显差异，有必要建立本地区的参考范围。

[Abstract] Objective: Investigate into vein blood each parameter of cell native teenager and child, compared difference that blood each parameter of cell and standard operation regulations. Methods: Collect 3 131 vein blood each county of school, with the Sysmex XT2000i instrument measurement blood cell parameter, with version 3 standard operation regulations range carried on comparison. Results: 95% range: WBC, RBC, PLT more than standard operation regulations of low limit and high limit, P<0.01, HGB and HCT more standard operation regulations were low, P<0.01, the existence difference of each race. Conclusion: The native area is a frontier national minority region, again is a plateau region, the blood cell parameter and standard reference scope existence obvious difference, have necessity establishment native area of reference range.

随着临床医学及检验医学技术的不断发展，血细胞各项参数是日常临床诊疗活动中不可缺少的重要参数，也是临床实验室最常用的检测指标。现在大多数血细胞分析仪以静脉血作为检测对象，很多实验室沿用1997年版的参考范围[1]，有些实验室采用《全国临床检验操作规程》(第3版)[2]提供的参考范围。同时，由于各地区自然环境、饮食结构、生活习俗、人口组成、年龄等方面存在差异，使各地区甚至各实验室之间的血细胞各参数参考范围有较大差别。建立本地区静脉血血细胞各参数的参考范围具有重要的实际应用价值。现对德宏地区3 131名青少年儿童静脉血血细胞各参数调查分析报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 调查对象
选择德宏州潞西市、梁河县、盈江县、陇川县四县市的乡镇小学在读小学生3 131名，其中，男性1 603名，女性1 528名，年龄4～18岁，体格检查正常，主诉无不适。
1.2 仪器与试剂
使用日本东亚公司生产的Sysmex XT2000i型全自动血细胞分析仪；试剂为Sysmex公司的配套试剂、配套质控及配套校准品。
1.3 检测指标
检测五项血细胞参数：白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、红细胞比积(HCT)。
1.4 方法
坐位采集受试者空腹静脉血2 ml，注入奥地利生产的菲可替EDTA-K2真空采血管内，立即轻轻颠倒混匀8～10次，24 h内检测完毕。
