医院的人力资源管理的现状与思考

     [摘要] 目的:探讨医院人力资源现状,强化管理人员对人力资源的合理配置、使用和管理,适应医院可持续发展的需求。方法:分析目前医院人力资源管理方面的现状。结果:目前医院人力资源管理认识不够、体制僵化、用人机制不科学,需要加快医疗体制改革,形成完善的人力资源管理模式。结论:科学、合理地利用人力资源,使医院增加可持续发展的动力。

    Current status and thinking of human resource management in hospital

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the status of the hospital human resources, strengthen management of the rational allocation of human resources, use and management, sustainable development needs to adapt to the hospital. Methods: To analyze the current human resource management in the hospital situation. Results: Understanding of the current human resource management was insufficient, the institation was nigid, employment mechanism was unscientific, and need to speed up health care reform, creat a sound human resources management. Conclusion: Scientific and rational use of human resources, health care reform and the market response to the economic development of the hospital to increase sustainable development. ......
