[摘要] 目的：探讨医院人力资源现状，强化管理人员对人力资源的合理配置、使用和管理，适应医院可持续发展的需求。方法：分析目前医院人力资源管理方面的现状。结果：目前医院人力资源管理认识不够、体制僵化、用人机制不科学，需要加快医疗体制改革，形成完善的人力资源管理模式。结论：科学、合理地利用人力资源，使医院增加可持续发展的动力。

    Current status and thinking of human resource management in hospital

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the status of the hospital human resources, strengthen management of the rational allocation of human resources, use and management, sustainable development needs to adapt to the hospital. Methods: To analyze the current human resource management in the hospital situation. Results: Understanding of the current human resource management was insufficient, the institation was nigid, employment mechanism was unscientific, and need to speed up health care reform, creat a sound human resources management.
