[摘要] 目的：探讨锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法：对50例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：患者随访8个月～3年不等，按Neer功能评定标准进行评分，优17例，良28例，可5例，差0例，优良率达90%。结论：锁定钢板是治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的首选方法之一，具有固定牢固、术后恢复功能锻炼早等特点，临床治疗效果较好。

    Comminuted proximal humeral locking plate for treatment of 50 cases

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinic effect ofthe locking plate in the treatment of Proximal humerus comminuted fractures. Methods: 50 cases clinical data of Proximal humeral fractures patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Patients were followed up for 8 months -3 years. Functional assessment score was evaluatedby neer standards, excellent cases was 17, good cases was 28, approved cases was 5, bad cases was 0, the fine rate could reach to 90%. Conclusion: Locking plate is one of the best methods chosed for humeral proximal comminuted fracture, with fixation fastness, earlier recovery after exercise. It has good clinic effection. ......
