[摘要] 目的：观察破格救心汤治疗慢性肺心病难治性心衰的疗效。方法：将本院2004年5月~2010年6月急诊收治肺心病心衰患者120例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，治疗组在常规内科治疗的基础上加用破格救心汤，对照组单纯行常规内科治疗。观察两组患者的疗效。结果：治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。结论：破格救心汤治疗肺心病心衰，疗效确切，值得在临床推广应用。

    Observe the curative effectivenes of Chinese and Western medicine combining thearpy on heart failure in pulmonary heart disease

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of the thearpy combined Chinese and Western medicine for the heart failure in pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 120 cases were divided randomly into 2 groups，in which treatment of the Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine was used in the therapeatic group and Western medicine only in control group. To observe the curative effectivenes. Results: The total effective rate in the therapeutic group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: The therapy of Chinese combined with Western medicine for heart failure in pulmonary heart disease is more effctiveand worth popularizing and applying. ......
