椎间植骨融合内固定术对退行性脊柱侧弯的治疗效果分析(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨椎间植骨融合内固定术对退行性脊柱侧弯患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2005～2009年来本院接受治疗的退行性脊柱侧弯患者共87例，将其随机分为两组。43例采用单纯椎管减压术进行治疗，作为对照组。其余44例患者采用椎间植骨融合内固定术进行治疗，作为实验组。对两组患者的治疗情况以及Cobb角改善情况进行调查总结，采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计学分析。两组患者在性别、年龄等方面对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。结果：实验组中患者的平均Cobb角有明显改善。对照组43例患者有12例治疗无效，治疗优良率为72.1%，实验组中出现4例治疗无效，治疗优良率为90.9%。经SPSS 18.0软件统计，χ2=5.13，P<0.05，两组之间对比差异具有统计学意义。结论：椎间植骨融合内固定术可解除神经根牵拉，重建脊柱的稳定性，在对退行性脊柱侧弯的治疗中有着重要的临床意义。

Interbody fusion and internal fixation for the treatment of degenerative scoliosis

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the interbody fusion and internal fixation for treatment of degenerative scoliosis in patients with the clinical results. Methods: From 2005 to 2009 in our hospital for treatment of degenerative scoliosis patients with a total of 87 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 43 cases of spinal decompression using a simple treatment, the control group. The remaining 44 cases were treated by lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation for treatment, as the experimental group. Treatment of two groups of patients as well as improvement of Cobb angle of the investigation summary, the use of SPSS 18.0 software for statistical analysis. Two groups in gender, age, no significant difference in terms of contrast (P>0.05), comparable. Results: The average Cobb angle in patients with significant improvement. The control group of 43 patients had 12 cases ineffective, the treatment rate was 72.1% good, 4 cases in the experimental group ineffective treatment, the treatment rate was 90.9% excellent. The SPSS 18.0 statistical software, χ2=5.13, P<0.05, comparing differences between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: Interbody fusion and internal fixation can lift the nerve root traction, reconstruction of spinal stability, in the treatment of degenerative scoliosis have important clinical significance.
