[摘要] 目的：探讨磨牙半切术后固定修复的临床疗效。方法：对于应用牙齿半切术后保留磨牙做固定修复的31例患者32颗牙齿进行病例回顾总结。结果：经过1～2年的回访观察，保存成功率为90.3%(28/31)。结论：该技术操作简单，但是要求适应证严格选择，修复时充分考虑患牙受力情况。

    Clinical study of hemisection technique in treatment of the molars

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of hemisection in the treatment of the molars. Methods: 32 molars were selected and hemisection technique were used. Results: These were followed up and evaluated in two years, 90.3% of all molars were treated satisfactory. Conclusion: The hemisection technique operation is simple, but the indications are extensive, and its effect in the treatment of the molars is regarded as a positive method.
