[摘要] 目的：探讨无张力疝修补术治疗股疝的方法和疗效。方法：使用聚丙烯补片治疗股疝患者25例，手术重点修补股环上方腹壁缺损区，评估术后恢复与术后并发症情况。结果：所有患者平均手术时间为35 min，未使用镇痛药，术后无并发症发生，均在术后1周痊愈出院，随诊效果良好，无复发病例。结论：聚丙烯网状平片腹膜前股疝无张力修补术是治疗股疝的合理术式，临床效果确切，术后并发症少。

    Efficacy observation of polypropylene plain film tension-free hernia repair for femoral hernia mesh 25 cases

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the method and efficacy of tension-free hernia repair for femoral hernia. Methods: Used polypropylene patch treated 25 cases of preperitoneal femoral hernia. The abdominal wall defect was repaired, assessed the postoperative recovery and postoperative complications. Results: The average operative time was 35 minutes, analgesic drugs were not used. There were no complications occurred, 25 cases were all discharged after 1 week, followed up good results, no recurrence. Conclusion: Plain film of polypropylene mesh before the peritoneum tension-free repair femoral hernia is a reasonable surgical, the exact clinical effects, fewer postoperative complications. ......
