[摘要] 随着毕业生越来越严峻的就业形势和基层医疗专业人才的缺少，如何才能形成二者之间的良性互动，本文以药学专业为例，从现有的教学模式、专业素质教育和学生的就业方向等方面提出了看法和建议。

    How to adapt for the need of the basic medical in the higher occupation and senior specialized pharmacy education
