社区高血压患者规范化管理的效果评价(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨对社区高血压患者进行规范化管理后的效果。方法：在本社区选择2008年1~12月现患高血压患者共360例作为研究对象，对患者进行以建卡、健康教育和用药管理为主的规范化管理，对比分析规范管理前后患者的血压控制效果。结果：规范管理后，高血压患者各项防治知识均有不同程度提高；规范服药率由43.33%(156/360)提高到了81.39%(293/360)；高血压患者血压控制良好率由17.22%(62/360)提高到了50.00%(180/360)，较差人数所占比例由42.22%(152/360)，下降到了15.56%(56/360)。结论：对社区高血压患者进行规范化管理能够显著提高患者的防治知识知晓率和血压控制效果，值得进一步推广。

Effect analysis of standardized management of hypertensive patients in communities

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of standardized management of hypertensive patients in communities. Methods: Selected 360 hypertensive patients in communities in 2008. All the patients accepted standardized management, including setting up cards, health education and medicine management. To compare the blood pressure control effect between before and after standardized management. Results: After standardized management, several awareness rates of hypertension prevention and control knowledge increased; before standardized management, standardized medicine taking rate was 43.33%(156/360), while that was 81.39%(293/360) after standardized management; good blood pressure control rate was 17.22% (62/360), while that was 50.00%(180/360) after standardized management; bad blood pressure control rate was 42.22% (152/360), while that was 15.56%(56/360) after standardized management. Conclusion: To carry out standardized management of hypertensive patients in communities could increase awareness rates of hypertension prevention and control knowledge and blood pressure control effect. It is worth to development in communities.
