[摘要] 目的：探讨无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中的意义。方法：对52例腹股沟疝患者进行无张力疝修补术，并观察其疗效。结果：52例均顺利完成手术，随访半年至5年，无缺血性睾丸炎和睾丸萎缩、长期慢性疼痛及复发患者。结论：无张力疝修补术手术时间短、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低，值得推广。

    Clinical experience of 52 cases taken tension-free hernia repair

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of tension-free hernia repair in inguinal hernia treatment. Methods: 52 patients with inguinal hernia gave tension-free hernia repair and observed the curative effect. Results: 52 cases can successfully complete the operation, observed for six months to five years, no ischemic orchitis and testicular atrophy, no long-term chronic pain and recurrent. Conclusion: Tension-free hernia repair＇s operation time is shorter, patients can quickly recovery, with fewer complications and lower recurrencence, is worthy to be popularized. ......
