[摘要] IgA肾病是一免疫病理诊断，它是世界上最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎，目前尚无特异性治疗。治疗主要是缓解症状和延缓病情进展，措施包括一般治疗如饮食限制、血压控制等，免疫抑制治疗，联合治疗和扁桃体切除等。现仅就当前IgA肾病的治疗作一综述。

    [Abstract] IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is an immunopathological diagnosis. It is the most common primary glomerulonephritis worldwide, for which there is no specific therapy now. Present treatments are mainly to reduce symptoms, relieve patients′ pains and delay the progress of the disease. Curative methods include general treatment, such as diet restiction, blood pressure control, immunosuppressive treatment, combination treatment, tonsillectomy and so on.
