[摘要] 目的：探讨超声检查对特殊部位妊娠的诊断价值。方法：回顾272例异位妊娠的超声声像学特征，并对其临床价值进行分析。结果：272例异位妊娠中，输卵管妊娠常见占84.9%(231/272)，特殊部位妊娠较为少见占9.2%(25/272)，容易误、漏诊。结论：常见的异位妊娠超声诊断较易，对特殊部位的妊娠应提高超声诊断的准确率。

    The analysis to the ultrasound diagnosis value of the Privileged sites pregnancy

    [Abstract] Objective: To discusses the diagnosis value of the ultrasound to the privileged sites pregnancy. Methods: Reviewed 272 cases of the ultrasound characteristic about the extrauterine pregnancy, and analyzed its clinical value. Results: In the 272 cases of the ectopic pregnancy, the incidence of the tubal pregnancy was about 84.9% (231/272), and the incidence of the apecial-site pregnancy was 9.2%(25/272), that was why the missed diagnosis and misdiganosis could be found easily in the apecial-site pregnancy. Conclusion: The common extrauterine pregnancy could be diagnosised easily by ultrasound Inspection, we should enhance the accuracy rate of the ultrasound diagnosis to privileged sites' pregnancy. ......
