[摘要] 目的：探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的临床疗效。方法：本科在2008年1月～2009年12月对38例白内障患者采取小切口非超声乳化白内障手术，观察术后并发症发生率、术后视力恢复和术后散光情况。结果：术后7眼(18.42%)出现并发症，经处理后恢复或自行恢复，未引起不良后果。患者术前视力：4眼眼前手动，3眼眼前指数，18眼0.02～0.10，13眼0.1～0.5，术后 3个月裸眼视力24眼在1.0 以上，14眼为0.5～0.9，患者术后视力提高显著(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。术后1周散光与术前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，术后3个月与术前比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：小切口非超声乳化白内障手术切口小，术后并发症少，术后视力恢复好，有效减少了术后散光，在选好病例的基础上，是白内障手术一种行之有效的方法，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical application of phacoemulsification small incision cataract surgery

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of small incision non-phacoemulsification emulsification cataract surgery. Methods: We treated the 38 cases in our department from January 2008 to December 2009 period with small incision cataract phacoemulsification cataract surgery, observed the rate of postoperative complications, postoperative visual acuity and postoperative astigmatism. Results: There were 7 eyes (18.42%) complications after the operation, they were restored after treatment or spontaneous recovery, no adverse consequences. The immediate preoperative 4 manual, three immediate index, 18 eyes were 0.02-0.10,13 eye were 0.1-0.5, after 3 months, 24 eyes visual acuity above 1.0, 0.5-0.9 in 14 eyes, postoperative visual acuity improved significantly (P<0.05), with statistical significance. After 1 week compared with preoperative astigmatism, it had a significant difference (P<0.05), after 3 months compared with those before, there no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Small incision non-phacoemulsification is with small incision, less postoperative complications, postoperative visual acuity is good, effectively reduce the postoperative astigmatism, in selected patients case basis, is an effective method of cataract surgery, it is worth to clinical application.
