[摘要] 目的：探讨腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床效果，为腹股沟疝修补治疗提供参考。方法：腹股沟疝患者120例根据入院顺序平分为治疗组与对照组各60例，对照组采用开放后入路腹股沟疝修补术，治疗组采用腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术。结果：经过对比观察，治疗组的住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗费用明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。在随访中，两组均无复发情况发生，也均无严重并发症发生，两组并发症与复发情况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时治疗组术后2例发生疼痛，对照组有10例术后疼痛，治疗组术后疼痛的例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝能够减少住院时间，同时不大量增加并发症，术后无复发情况，值得推广应用。

The clinical analysis of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair for treating inguinal hernia

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effects of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair for treating inguinal hernia for giving reference of inguinal hernia repair. Methods: 120 patients with inguinal hernia were eqully divided into two groups-the treatment group and control group, the control group treated by an open inguinal hernia repair, the treatment group were teated by the totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair. Results: After a comparative study, the treatment group′s hospital stay was significantly shorte than the control group (P<0.05), the treatment costs was significantly more than the control group (P<0.05). In the follow-up, no recurrence occurred in both groups. Also no serious complications, compared two groups of complications and recurrence was no significant difference (P>0.05). Treatment of postoperative pain also occurred in 2 patients in the control group, 10 cases of postoperative pain, postoperative pain of patients with the treatment group was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair for treating inguinal hernia can reduce hospital stay, without a significant increase in complications and patients without recurrence, should be widely applied.
