[摘要] 目的：探讨中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的最佳方案。方法：本院于2009年11月~2010年11月对48例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用自拟益气养阴活血中药方进行治疗，观察疗效。结果：痊愈有35例，好转10例，无效3例，总有效率为93.75%。结论：益气养阴活血中药方对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的胃黏膜萎缩、炎性程度、肠化生及非典型增生均有很好的治疗作用，对胃脘部痞满、嗳气吞酸、纳呆等症状有很好的治疗缓解作用。中医疗法中的益气养阴活血对慢性萎缩性胃炎具有很好的疗效。

    Effect of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the optimal scheme of TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: 48 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of our hospital were treated with Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction from November 2009 to November 2010, and observed the therapeutie effect. Results: 35 cases of cure, 10 cases of improvement, 3 cases of ineffective, the effeetiveness of the treatment group was 93.75%. Conclusion: Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction could improve chronic atrophic gastritis, gland wither, intestinese, intestinal metaplasia and (or) the atypical hyperplasia obviously, and have a very good treatment effect on improving symptom. Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction can ameliorate chronic atrophie gastritis' clinical symptom. ......
