[摘要] 目的：分析PCOS患者并发脂肪肝及肝功能异常的临床特点。方法：选择56例PCOS患者，按年龄分为育龄期(年龄22～30岁)患者30例，青春期(年龄15～18岁)患者26例。按体重指数分为非肥胖(体重指数<25 kg/m2)患者20例，肥胖(体重指数≥25 kg/m2)患者36例。选择同期健康妇女共32例为对照组，比较分析两组研究对象及PCOS患者组间临床资料的差异。结果：PCOS患者与对照组比较，脂肪肝及肝功能异常发生率高，差异有统计学意义。PCOS患者组间比较，肥胖组较非肥胖组转氨酶升高，脂肪肝发生率升高，差异有统计学意义；肝功能异常发生率较高，差异无统计学意义。育龄期组较青春期组转氨酶升高，脂肪肝发生率及肝功能异常发生率升高，差异有统计学意义。结论：PCOS患者脂肪肝及肝功能异常的发生率较高，肝功能异常可能较脂肪肝的发生更早，应提高意识，早期进行筛查。

Clinical analysis of PCOS patients with fatty liver and liver dysfunction

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the characteristic of PCOS patients with fatty liver and liver dysfunction. Methods: 56 PCOS women and 32 control women were selected at the same time. According to age and body mass index (BMI), they were divided into 30 cases of adult PCOS group (22-30 years old), 26 cases of adolescent PCOS group (15-18 years old), 20 cases of non-obese pcos group (BMI<25 kg/m2), 36 cases of obesity PCOS group (BMI≥25 kg/m2). Results: Compared with the control group, the PCOS women had significantly higer serum GOT, GPT and higer incidence of fatty liver. Between the two groups of PCOS patients, compared with non-obese PCOS women, the obese PCOS women had significantly higer serum GOT, GPT and higer incidence of fatty liver; the obese PCOS women had higer incidence of incidence of liver dysfunction with no significant difference. Compared with the child-bearing period PCOS women, adolescent PCOS women had significantly higer GOT, GPT and higer incidence in both fatty liver and liver dysfunction. Conclusion: PCOS patients with fatty liver and liver dysfunction of the high incidence of liver dysfunction may be earlier than the occurrence of fatty liver should improve awareness, early screening.
