[摘要] 目的：探讨超声在胎儿神经系统发育异常诊断中的应用。方法：利用飞利浦-非凡和ALOKA-SSD4000SV彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对5 870例妊娠18～40周的胎儿进行超声检查。结果：5 870例胎儿中发现神经系统异常53例，经引产或产后随访证实。结论：超声在诊断胎儿神经系统发育异常中具有重要的临床价值。
