[摘要] 目的：了解跟骨骨折切开复位内固定的治疗效果。方法：采用描述性方法，分析切开复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折52例(56足)临床资料。结果：随访6～24个月，44例(84.6%)愈合优良，3例(5.8%)切口交角处皮瓣缘皮肤坏死，2例(3.8%)切口内血肿形成，3例(5.8%)发生深部感染；AOFAS踝足功能评分为优18足，良23足，可11足，差4足，优良率为73%。结论：跟骨骨折通过切开复位内固定手术治疗及早期功能锻炼能达到满意的临床疗效。
