[摘要] 目的：探讨贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法：选择同期收治的186例原发性高血压患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组93例给予贝那普利10 mg/d和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2.5 mg/d，对照组单用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2.5 mg/d，服药1周后未能达目标血压者将苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平增加至5 mg/d，贝那普利增加至15 mg/d，疗程均为6周。观察两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率为93.5%，对照组总有效率为75.2%，疗效明显高于对照组，不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论：贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压临床疗效优于单用左旋氨氯地平。

Efficacy observation of benazepril and benzene sulfonic acid levamlodipine in the treatment of hypertension

[Abstract] Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of benazepril and benzene sulfonic acid levamlodipine in the treatment of hypertension. Methods: One hundred and eighty six patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (93 patients) and control group (93 patients). Benazepril (10 mg/d) and benzene sulfonic acid levamlodipine (2.5 mg/d) were given to the treatment group, and benzene sulfonic acid levamlodipine (2.5 mg/d) alone were given to the control group. For patients who did not reach the target blood pressure within one week, the doses of benazepril and levamlodipine were increased to 15 mg/d and 5 mg/d, respectively. The total treatment period were six weeks for both groups. The treatment efficicy and adverse reactions were recorded for both groups. Results: The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 93.5%, the control group was 75.2%, the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group; the adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined therapy of benazepril and benzene sulfonic acid levamlodipine has better clinical effect than the use of benzene sulfonic acid levamlodipine alone for the treatment of hypertension.
