[摘要] 目的：探讨消肿止痛颗粒治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果。方法：对180例急性踝关节扭伤患者采用消肿止痛颗粒治疗。结果：全部病例随防，随防时间1～3个月，平均2.1个月。均无不良反应，治愈率达75.6%。结论：消肿止痛颗粒治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效确切，适合推广。

    Clinical observation of detumescence and acesodyne particles in treatment of 180 patients with acute ankle sprain

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of detumescence and acesodyne particles in the treatment of acute ankle sprain. Methods: One hundred and eighty patients with acute ankle sprain received the treatment of detumescence and acesodyne particles. Results: All the patients were followed up for 1 to 3 months, with an average of 2.1 months. There was no occurrence of adverse reactions and the cure rate was 75.6%. Conclusion: Detumescence and acesodyne particles are effective in the treatment of acute ankle sprain, thereby worthy of promotion. ......
