[摘要] 目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜手术围术期的有效护理措施，预防并发症的发生，提高护理质量。方法：术前对68例患者进行护理评估，加强腹腔镜手术前后的护理，预防并发症的发生。结果：68例患者手术均成功，术中无大出血，术后24 h拔除尿管。未使用止痛药，适量应用抗生素，有5例患者术后出现恶心呕吐，对症处理后好转。术后平均住院时间为4 d。结论：有效的围术期护理是妇科腹腔镜手术成功的重要因素，只要术前准备充分，术后观察细致，就可避免并发症的发生。

    Nursing of perioperative period treated with laparoscopic surgery in gynecology

    [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effective nursing measures of perioperative period treated with laparoscopic surgery in gynecology, and to prevent complications, improve the quality of care. Methods: Sixty eight patients were coped with nursing assessment before surgery, enhanced care before and after laparoscopic surgery, prevented complications. Results: Sixty eight patients were operated successfully without intraoperative bleeding in surgery, catheters were removed after 24 hours. All patients were not treated with painkillers, regular used of antibiotics, five patients appeared with postoperative nausea and vomiting, and they were improved after expectant treatment. The average hospital stay was 4 days. Conclusion: Effective perioperative period treated with laparoscopic surgery in gynecology is an important factor in the success of surgery, as long as the adequate preparation before surgery, careful observation after surgery, we can avoid complications. ......
