[摘要] 目的：探讨不同会阴保护法对预防会阴产伤的临床效果，为产妇提供更为有效的会阴保护方法，确保产妇产褥期安全。方法：回顾性分析2009年4月～2011年4月本院采用新式会阴保护法进行会阴保护的142例产妇的临床资料，并以同期采用传统会阴保护措施的142例产妇作为对照组，比较两组产妇产后1～2 d会阴伤口水肿的发生率和侧切加裂伤的发生率。结果：观察组会阴伤口水肿的发生率明显低于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组侧切加裂伤的发生率低于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：新式会阴保护法更符合自然分娩规律，会阴保护效果更好，值得临床进一步研究推广。

Clinical effect analysis of prevention perineal maternal injuries used different protection methods

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of prevention perineal maternal injuries used different protection methods, and to provide lying-in women with more effective perineal protection methods, ensure puerperium maternal safety. Methods: Retrospective analyszed the perineal protection for our new perineal protection of the clinical data of 142 cases of women from April 2009 to April 2011 in our hospital, and the same period to the traditional perineal protection measures of 142 cases of maternal as control group, compared with the incidence of side and wound edema cut and the incidence of torn in two groups postpartum 1 - 2 days after childbirth. Results: The incidence of perineal wound edema in observation group were obviously lower than the control group, the comparative differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05); The patients side cut and laceration in observation group were lower than that of the control group, the incidences of comparative differences between the two groups were statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The new perineal protection is more coincident withspontaneous labor rules, the effect of protective is better, and it is worthy of perinealing clinical further research extension.
