[摘要] 目的：研究分析腹腔镜行胆囊切除术术中出血处理的科学有效方式。方法：对64例腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中出血患者处理方式进行研究分析。结果：所有患者经过腹腔镜下止血和开腹止血，出血全部得到控制，术后未出现继发性出血，未损伤脏器。结论：腹腔镜行胆囊切除术术中出血处理应当针对不同类型及出血部位，科学开展处理，病情加重还需实施开腹止血，保护患者生命安全。

    [Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the effective way to deal with the blood loss of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: Clinical data of 64 cases patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) bleeding were analyzed. Results: All patients were given laparoscopic hemostasis and abdominal bleeding and all controled, there was no postoperative secondary bleeding, and no organs damaged. Conclusion: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy bleeding should be dealing with in allusion to different types and bleeding sites, carry out scientific treatment, exacerbations need open surgery to Open Surgery, in order to protect the safety of patients. ......
