[摘要] 目的：总结急性心肌梗死患者早期急诊的观察与护理。方法：回顾性分析62例急性心肌梗死患者急诊情况并对早期诊治及临床观察与护理进行总结。结果：60例患者中死亡6例，56例病情稳定后转入内科病房。结论：立即提供适应的治疗、监护，精心护理有助于提高抢救成功率，延长患者的生命，改善生活质量。

    Emergency observation and care of acute myocardial infarction

    [Abstract] Objective: To summarize emergency care and observation experience of early acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods: Sixty two cases of acute myocardial infarction patients emergency circumstances were retrospective analyzed, early diagnosis, the treatment and clinical observation and care of the patients were summarized. Results: There were 6 patients died and 56 patients were transferred into the medical ward after their condition stabilized among 62 acute myocardial infarction patients. Conclusion: Immediate treatment, observation and intensive care can help improve the success rate, extend patient life and improve quality of life. ......
