医院门诊处方质量分析
[摘要] 目的:评析门诊处方的质量情况,为医院制订合理用药措施提供参考。方法:随机抽查2011年3月份门诊处方9 722张,依照《医院处方质量点评管理规范(试行)》的方法对所查处方进行评析。结果:86张不合格,占抽查处方总数的0.8%。结论:本院门诊处方仍需加强管理,因此应规范医生处方书写并加强合理用药监督,才能提高处方质量、促进合理用药。[关键词] 处方质量;处方分析;合理用药;处方点评

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the prescription quality and provide some advice for the reasonable drug use. Methods: Nine thousand seven hundred and twenty two outpatient prescriptions in March 2011 were checked randomly and valued according to Hospital prescription quality management standard (on trial). Results: Eighty six prescriptions were unqualified, accounted for 0.8%. Conclusion: Prescription management should be strengthened in our hospital. On the same time, we should standard prescriptions and emphasize monitoring for the rational drug use. ......
