[摘要] 为探索神经外科护理纠纷产生的原因与相关防范措施，保证护理工作正常进行。本文针对神经外科护理纠纷进行分析，探索导致纠纷的原因，总结相关防范措施。导致纠纷的原因多为护理人员缺少卫生法律、法规意识，核心制度、操作流程落实不到位，缺乏系统化的专科理论知识、专科技能的培训，心理素质差、应急反应能力差等。因此神经外科要加强重点环节管理，防范护理工作中的各种隐患，尽可能避免纠纷的发生。

    Analysis of the causes and preventive measures of neurosurgical nursing disputes

    [Abstract] In order to explore the causes and relates prevention measures neural surgical nursing disputes to ensure the nursing work on the rails, the author analyzes the cause of neurosurgical nursing disputes, and concludes related preventive measures. The causes of disputes includes lack of laws, rules and regulations consciousness, the process which is not fully carried out, is lack of systematic theory knowledge and skills training, poor psychological diathesis and emergency response ability. So the nerve surgery should strengthen the key link management to guard the hidden trouble in nursing work, as far as possible to avoid the dispute. ......
