[摘要] 随着人们生活水平的不断提高，以及人们法律意识的逐渐增强，运用法律的武器维护自己的合法权益越来越被大家所重视。在外科护理工作中，医患之间常常出现一些法律纠纷，不仅影响了实际临床护理质量，也给医患双方带来了损失。探讨外科护理工作中常见的法律纠纷，讨论其产生原因，有针对性地提出防范措施，避免实际临床护理过程中再出现类似的法律纠纷。本文探索外科护理工作中减少法律纠纷需要注意的方面，为今后提高外科护理工作质量提供参考。

    [Abstract] With the continuous improvement of living standards, and the people's awareness of the law increase, the use of legal weapons to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests are valued by everyone. In surgical care, the patient often appears between the number of legal disputes, not only affect the actual quality of clinical care, but also bring no small loss to doctors and patients.
