[摘要] 目的 探讨整体护理对病毒性肝炎患者的影响。 方法 将本院近年来收治的病毒性肝炎住院患者125例随机分为整体护理组63例，对照组62例。整体护理组进行整体护理，对照组进行常规护理，比较两组患者并发症发生情况、患者满意率、治疗依从性、健康生活方式接受程度。 结果 整体护理组患者满意率、治疗依从性、健康生活方式接受程度均高于对照组，P < 0.05，肝性脑病、上消化道出血、肝肾综合征的发生率显著低于对照组，P < 0.05。 结论 对病毒性肝炎患者进行整体护理，可显著提高其满意率、治疗依从性，减少并发症的发生，同时亦能显著提高患者出院后生活方式的健康程度，提高患者生存质量。

Experience on the holistic nursing care for the patients with viral hepatitis

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of the holistic nursing care to the patients with viral hepatitis. Methods One hundred and twenty five cases of patients with viral hepatitis in our hospital recent years were divided into 2 groups randomly, 63 cases in the holistic nursing care group and 62 cases in the control group. Then the patients in the holistic nursing care group were treated by holistic nursing care, and the patients in the control group were treated by the routine nursing care. Then the complications, satisfaction rates, treatment compliance, healthy life style acceptance rate of the 2 groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rates, treatment compliance, healthy life style acceptance rate of the holistic nursing care group were higher than those of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than the control group, P < 0.05, all showed significant differences. Conclusion It can improve the satisfaction rates and treatment compliance, reduce the complication rate of the patients with viral hepatitis when the holistic nursing care is done to them, and in the same time, it can also improve the health degree of the life style after discharge, and improve their life quality.
