[摘要] 目的 探讨α-2b干扰素与氟尿嘧啶在青光眼滤过性手术中抗瘢痕作用。 方法 选取48例单侧青光眼患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，两组均行标准小梁切除术，研究组24眼术中给予α-2b干扰素浸泡的棉片湿敷，对照组给予氟尿嘧啶浸泡的棉片湿敷，术后随访，观察两组眼压情况，并发症发生情况。 结果 两组治疗后眼压均较治疗前明显降低，治疗前后差异有统计学意义，组间差异无统计学意义；但研究组术后视力下降者少于对照组，术后并发症明显少于对照组，组间比较，差异有统计学意义。 结论 α-2b干扰素与氟尿嘧啶用于青光眼滤过手术均有较高的手术成功率，但应用α-2b干扰素，患者视力下降较轻，并发症较少，值得应用。

Application effect of Alpha-2b interferon and fluorouracil in glaucoma filtration surgery

[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of Alpha-2b interferon and fluorouracil in glaucoma filtration surgery. Methods Forty eight cases of unilateral glaucoma were divided into research group and control group, two groups were all given standard trabeculectomy, the 24 eyes of research group were given cotton fleexe soaking with alpha-2b interferon, the control group were given cotton fleexe soaking wth fluorouracil, all patients were followed up, intraocular pressure situation, complications were observed. Results The intraocular pressure of two groups all reduced after glaucoma filtration surgery, the difference before and after therapy were significant, but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups; But patients with impaired vision of research group was less than the control group, the postoperative complications was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Alpha-2b interferon and fluorouracil used for glaucoma filtering operation, the success rate of operation is higher, but vision loss of patients with the application of alpha-2b interferon is lighter, complication is fewer, it is worth of application.

青光眼滤过性手术中，应用抗代谢药物可以有效提高手术成功率[1]。但是抗代谢药物在青光眼手术中的应用并没有明确规范，本文笔者在青光眼滤过性术中应用α-2b干扰素与氟尿嘧啶，从手术成功率、降低眼压、视力、术后并发症等探讨这两种代谢药物在青光眼滤过性手术中的应用价值。
1 资料与方法
