[摘要] 目的 探讨中西药结合治疗感音神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法 感音神经性耳鸣患者60例60耳根据入院顺序分为两组——治疗组与对照组各30例，两组首先均口服盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗，在此基础上治疗组加用自拟中药汤治疗，两组患者均治疗30 d。结果 治疗组有效率为93.3%，对照组为66.7%，治疗组的临床疗效好于对照组(P < 0.05)。两组治疗前中医症状评分无明显差异，经过治疗后都有显著性下降，但是治疗组的中医症状评分下降幅度明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 感音神经性耳鸣的听力恢复过程是一个漫长的过程，中西药结合治疗能够提高治疗疗效，改善临床症状，值得推广应用。

The efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine for treating sensorineural tinnitus

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine for treating sensorineural tinnitus. Methods Sixty ears of 60 patients with sensorineural tinnitus were equally divided into two groups accorded to order of admission, two groups were given the flunarizine treatment, on the basis of it, the treatment group were given with self-made Chinese decoction, two groups were treated for 30 days. Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 93.3%, so that was 66.7% in the control group (P < 0.05). The TCM symptom score before treatment were no significant differences between the two groups, after treatment, the score had significantly decreased, but the decline of of the treatment group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sensorineural hearing tinnitus recovery process is a lengthy process, Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine for treating can improve the therapeutic efficacy and improve the clinical symptoms, should be widely applied.

神经性耳鸣是无外界相应声源或刺激，患者自觉耳内鸣响的一种主观感觉，其病因十分复杂，临床上极为常见。耳鸣常常对患者的生活、工作和学习、情绪等造成严重影响[1]。在常规药物治疗中，盐酸氟桂利嗪是钙通道拮抗剂，能阻止过量的钙离子进入细胞内，可扩张血管，增加内耳及脑组织对缺氧的耐受性，但是治疗后临床症状改善不大[2]。近来研究表明，补肾中药能提高蛋白合成ATP酶，因而有保护听力的作用。本文为此具体探讨了中西药结合治疗感音神经性耳鸣的疗效，现报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择2010年1月~2011年10月收住本院的感音神经性耳鸣患者共60例60耳，均为单耳发病，入选标准：(1)以耳鸣为主症。(2)根据病史、局部检查、纯音听阈测听及声导抗排除诊断等方法确诊为感音神经性耳鸣，且耳鸣属于单音调者。(3)耳鸣反复发作在1个月以上，或持续发作在5 d以上 ......
