[摘要] 目的 对比分析整体护理在提高妇科癌症患者生活质量中的作用。 方法 选取2008年1月～2010年12月在本院治疗的妇科癌症患者108例为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组54例和对照组54例。两组均行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上行整理护理策略，内容包含心理护理、疾病护理、生活护理、社会支持和出院指导等。护理干预1年后，对观察组和对照组评分，比较两组患者的生活质量。 结果 观察组于整体护理1年后，总分明显高于对照组，各项评分与对照组相比，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 整体护理策略对妇科癌症患者生活质量的提高具有重要作用，个体化的整体护理干预可以显著提高患者生活质量。

Integral nursing measures of patients with gynecological cancer

[Abstract] Objective To compare and analyze the effect of integral nursing care in improving the life quality of patients with gynecologic cancer. Methods One hundred and eight cases of patients with gynecologic cancer treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into observation group of 54 cases and control group of 54 cases. Conventional nursing care was taken in both groups. Based on the conventional nursing care, the integral nursing care was taken in the observation group, which included psychological care, illness care, life care, social support and discharge guidance, and so on. After one year of nursing intervention, the two groups were given a mark to compare the quality of life. Results After one year of integral nursing care, the total score of the observation group was much higher than the control group. Compared with control group, the differences of all scores were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The integral nursing care plays an important role in improving the life quality of patients with gynecologic cancer. The individual integral nursing intervention can improve quality of life of patients significantly.

妇科癌症在危害患者身体健康的同时，也给患者带去了沉重的心理负担。妇科癌症患者在经受长期的病痛折磨后，常会出现不同程度的焦虑、抑郁、恐慌、悲观甚至厌世等负面情绪[1-2]。做好患者的日常护理，不但可以保证治疗手段顺利进行和提高治疗率，而且可以减轻患者的痛苦，提高其生活质量，所以是非常重要的。因此，针对妇科癌症患者的护理干预工作，除了要提高患者生存质量外，还要尽可能的减轻患者心理压力，促使患者身心健康。整体护理是从生物医学模式变为生物—心理—社会医学模式，即从单纯的重视患者的生活和疾病的护理发展为全面重视患者生物、心理社会方面对人的健康的影响。 从单纯的患者护理发展为对健康人的预防保健，即护理的服务对象不仅是帮助患者恢复健康而且包括促使健康人更加健康 ......
