[摘要] 目的 总结糖尿病性视网膜病变的护理体会。 方法 回顾性分析本院收治的42例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的临床护理资料。 结果 通过治疗与精心细致的护理，本组42例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者均在10～18 d后治愈或好转出院，无一例出现失明。 结论 对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者临床应当采取多方面的护理措施，以有效防止糖尿病视网膜病变的发生和发展，减少失明的风险。

    [Abstract] Objective To summary the nursing experiences of diabetes retinal pathological changes. Methods The clinical nursing data of the 42 patients with diabetes retinal pathological changes in our hospital were retrospective analyzed. Results Passing a treatment with meticulous care meticulous nursing, 42 patients with diabetes retinal pathological changes all were cured or turned for the better and hospital discharge after 10-18 days, and there was no one became blind. Conclusion Various nursing measure should be adopted to the patients with diabetes retinal pathological changes in order to effectively prevent the occurrence and development of diabetes retinal pathological changes, decrease the risk of blind. ......
